Breakfast with the Easter Bunny
Saturday, March 27th 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Join us for a great “kid friendly” pancake breakfast followed by Easter egg hunts, music time, children's crafts, a photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny and lots of family fun! Plastic eggs filled with individually wrapped candy and/or small toys are needed for the egg hunts. |

Palms can be purchased for Palm Sunday
and lilies for Easter Sunday.

Choir Easter Cantata

The SUMC Chancel Choir will sing a rousing and touching program of spirituals and gospel hymns to cover Christ's journey from Good Friday through Easter Sunday.

Church Wide Palm Sunday Celebration
and Ground Breaking
Sunday, March 28th
Palm Sunday we will have ONE special service at 10:00 AM where our children will be processing with palms, our Confirmation Class joining the church. Our Chancel Choir will also be performing their cantata, and the BOLD Service Band will lead a time of worship. Following the worship service we will gather on the front lawn to break ground on our new parking lot and front façade renovation. We will top the morning off with one of our world-famous Saraland UMC potluck dinners at noon. The entire Saraland United Methodist Church has been challenged to pack every pew as we celebrate this

The Last Supper Drama
Thursday, April 1st at 7:00 PM
This living dramatization of Leonardo da Vinci’s The Last Supper was written by Ernest K. Emurian and has been performed at Saraland UMC for many years. Communion will be served during the program.

Sunrise Service
Sunday, April 3rd at 6:30 AM
Each year Saraland UMC and Oakmont Christian Church combine for the Sunrise Service. This year the service will be held at Oakmont Christian Church in Saraland. 424 Oakmont Street.
