United Methodist Men

Come to our monthly breakfast for all men on the 3rd Sunday of the month at 7:00 AM. Also, bring your aluminum cans to the church for UMM to recycle. All proceeds benefit the UMM Scholarship Program.

Sunday School

A variety of classes are offered Sunday mornings at 10:00 am for adults and children.

Discovery 101

	Summer Day Camp June 8th - July 29th Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week. Weekly themes will include Bible based topics, learning about Mobile County, and learning about manners. Brochures are available at the Welcome Center.	Junjwon "J" Shin Our beloved pianist J Shin will be stepping down at the end of the summer to be able to spend more time with her family as Peter starts college this year. We wish J much love and will miss her very much!

Camp Discovery needs our help!
Dumas Wesley has already sent 44 campers to the first camp and Inner City Mission is soon to be sending their campers. Of the $12,000 that they needed for the two camps they have only received $2000. It only takes $155 to send a child to camp! Please help to send these children to camp this summer for a once in a lifetime week of fun for many of them. Checks should be made out to: Blue Lake Camp Discovery Scholarship 8500 Oakwood Lane Andalusia, Alabama 36420.

Cooperative School of Christian Mission
There will be a two-day school at Blue Lake Campgrounds Friday and Saturday, July 23 & 24, with one of three studies offered. The studies include Spiritual Growth, "For the Love of God: John Letters"; General Study, "Joy to the World: Mission in the Age of Global Christianity"; and Geographic Study, "The Beauty and Courage of Sudan: Why a Dream of Peace is Possible".

Job Opportunity
